The regenerated fiber derives from clothing and plastic waste. Through raw material recycling and reusing, we not only save crude oil consumption but also reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Our products made of recycled raw material comply with GRS regulation. For products with recycled ration over 50%, our GRS labels will highlight brands concept of environmental protection. Recyclable fibers are the next big breakthrough that the industry needs to create a recycling system for plastics that enables better reuse of plastic waste, shoe and clothing waste, and therefore reduces the energy input by 30-50%, as well as crude oil extraction and Carbon dioxide emissions.
The main components of REGEN microfiber synthetic material for shoes are: recycled nylon/recycled polyester and polyurethane resin, which is in line with GRS certification, downstream products can mark with the "GRS" recycled material label.
The three-dimensional bionic structure of the microfiber base provides exceptional physical properties, making the material super wear-resistant, high tear strength, waterproof and breathable, and excellent in resilience with luxurious hand feel.
